When should I contact the guest?
Right after the guest makes a prepayment, confirming his/her booking, contact information of the client (phone number and e-mail) appears in your e-mail box. This information will also be available in your Control Panel in Orders – Customer Details.
After receiving the e-mail we recommend contacting the guest the same day if the booking is made for today. It is necessary in order to talk through all check-in details.
If the booking is made for the future dates, we recommend to contact the guest on the day of booking. Also, according conditions of the cooperation, you have to contact the guest 48 hours prior to his/her settlement. Also you have to be in touch with guest till the moment of his/her check-in.
We reserve the right to cancel the order with penalties, if within the specified time frame the owner has not contacted the guest in order to organize the accommodation.
