Apartment moderations rules and terms

After you have filled in all the necessary information about the apartment and clicked the “Request Approval” button, our property manager is notified to approve your apartment.
The manager thoroughly checks all information on the apartment to make sure that the description matches the photos, the photos are authentic, and that your contact information matches other listings on the internet.

Also the description and rules of the house are translated into Ukrainian, English and Russian languages.

Therefore, from the moment your apartment is sent for approval until it is activated on the website, it takes from 1 to 7 business days.

If the content manager has additional questions during the apartment approval process, the manager will contact you to clarify them.
