There is a system for monitoring orders and financial transactions on, which has a purpose to prevent possible fraudulent transactions and minimize risks in the event of controversial situations.

This system checks all made on the site orders on a wide range of parameters and, if any inconsistencies or atypical data are found, assigns a special status to the reservation – “order with an increased risk.”

What does “increased risk” mean? Should I accommodate this guest in principle?
Do not worry about the reliability of the guest. Such a status does not mean that guest was previously seen for any fraudulent actions, or there were controversial situations on the previous orders of this guest and, of course, there is no need to refuse this order.

Why can a reservation be marked as an order with an increased risk?
The monitoring system analyzes a number of order data and the reasons why we pay special attention to individual orders can be completely different. For example, one of the reasons could be a payment in a country other than the country of the card issuing bank.

What is the crux of the risk?
In the event of disputes, in some cases, guests may dispute payment in the case of non-provision of services.
In the event of such a situation, it is necessary to have strong evidence of the fact of settlement and residence of the guest on the order.
The settlement form with the indication of dates of residence, the address of the apartment, the name of the guest and his signature will be the best confirmation of the arrival in that case.

What needs to be done to be safe from possible risks?
To do this, it is sufficient to conclude a lease agreement or to keep the settlement form filled with a guest.
In some cases, the support service can request additional documents.
