Confirmation of the identity of the cardholder to receive the balance after the check-out of the guest
Dobovo’s financial transactions monitoring department checks suspicious payments on a daily basis before sending the balance to the owners.
In the event that the balance ready for sent will raise our suspicions, we will ask you to provide scanned copies of documents, your passport.
Once you confirm your balance pressing the “Correct balance” button through your personal account, your personal manager will contact you with the request to send us the documents. You can send them to the e-mail address of your personal account manager or to info@dobovo.com.
Please note that documents will not be used outside the Dobovo company. They are requested solely for security purposes.
If you will not confirm the payment within 7 days after it was sent, it will happen automatically (without possibility to change it).
