When and how do I pay?

To confirm your reservation, you will need to make an advance payment of one night’s stay (or 15% of the total cost, in case of a long stay). Confirming the order in advance, you guarantee a settlement for yourself, and for the owner – your arrival.
Detailed information about the amount of the prepayment made, the amount that must be paid upon arrival and the breakdown of the cost by day, will be indicated in confirming the reservation letter.

You can pay for your reservation with a credit card through a secure banking system for accepting payments online or in other ways, which will be indicated on the reservation confirmation page.
You will pay the balance for your stay upon arrival either by credit card or in cash directly the manager of the company or the owner of the apartment. You can check whether the owner accepts payment by credit card on the apartment page, in the Facilities section:

Also, do not forget that most owners take a security deposit from the guest upon check-in, which can be withheld in case of violation of the house rules or damage to property. If no violations were found upon departure, the deposit will be returned to you in full.
Information on the availability and amount of the deposit is indicated in the house rules on the apartment page and in the confirmation letter, which is sent to you after making the prepayment.
