How to cancel my paid reservation?

The letter that you will receive after a successful booking confirmation has a link to cancel your reservation. If you entered only the contact phone number upon making the reservation, information with the order number and PIN-code will be sent to you on Viber or by message.

To cancel the reservation you will need to enter your order number and PIN-code on the page of your order/account (as in the picture below). Then press the cancel button.

Please keep in mind cancellation policy before canceling the booking, so if you cancel booking later, then it is allowed – the prepayment would not be refunded in full amount and will be kept as a cancellation fee.
