How to request reporting documents?

If you need reporting documents, you can book accommodation with the subsequent provision of a receipt for payment.

To do this, you need to use the filter in the “Other filters” > “Amenities” > “Accounting documents” section, after this you will see all accommodation options available for booking, the owners of which provide reporting documents.

Please note: the owners do not provide reporting documents for the amount of the prepayment made to Dobovo. The Dobovo website also temporarily does not provide reporting documents for the amount of the prepayment.

If you need documents for the entire cost of the reservation, we advise you to request a check-in without prepayment from the owner. We recommend you to clarify the information you are interested in before confirming the booking by contacting the Dobovo support service.
