Instant booking:

Advantages:
– the position of your apartments is higher in the list compared to apartments in “On request” mode
– You get more successful bookings
– there are no additional notifications about requests and the need to confirm the availability of an apartment for each of them
– guests choose dates and immediately make a prepayment

Working conditions for Instant booking mood:
– You need to keep track of the relevance of the calendar (close dates on time and change the cost if necessary)
– if you do not make any changes in accordance with the paragraph above, you must press the “My calendar is up-to-date” button at least once a day, otherwise the next week will be automatically switched to “On request” mode for each day when you did not update the calendar

How to switch to Instant booking mode:
– you need to find the yellow circle next to the apartment code in “Prices and availability” or “All apartments” section of your personal account, and click on it – it will turn green. This will mean that you have successfully changed the booking mode to instant

“On request” booking

The rating of your apartments will be lower compared to apartments in instant booking mode, and the number of bookings will decrease accordingly.

In order to book your apartment, the guest will be necessary to make a temporary reservation (request) for your apartment. You will receive a notification of a new request for an apartment in the mobile application for owners, Viber/Telegram or in regular SMS (depending on the availability of the messenger, the quality of the Internet and the communication channel with our support service upon consulting on the account), as well as by e-mail.

In the request you need to press one of the buttons – “Yes, apartment is available”, “No, apartment is not available”.
If the apartment is available, the guest will receive a notification and a link to make a prepayment. All apartments are added by the content department to the site in “On request” mode by default.

To change the booking mode from Instant to “On request” – click on the green circle in “All apartments” or “Prices and availability” section next to the apartment code.

If it is more convenient for you to work in “On request” mode, the availability schedule still requires to be updated. It is necessary to provide the site with up-to-date information on the cost and availability of your apartments, therefore, even in “On request” mode, we strongly recommend that you mark the schedule, close the dates if you accepted a reservation on another resource, and you do not have synchronization configured, and also change the cost if necessary, because making a request for an apartment with an irrelevant price or not available dates leads to dissatisfaction and confusion of the guest.
