Why are my apartments available online, if I have not updated availability calendar for more than 24 hours?
“Online” apartments are transferred automatically into the “On request” type if the availability calendar has not been updated for more than 24 hours.
If availability calendar has not been updated for more than 24 hours, the next 7 days will be transferred to the “On request” booking, more than 48 hours – the next 14 days, more than 72 hours – 21 days and so on.
Apartments can be available for the online booking up to 48 hours from the moment calendar was updated for the last time. The system chooses all the “Online” apartments with the not-updated calendar and transfers them into the “On request” booking for the next 7 days every day at 6:10. If the last calendar update was yesterday, today your apartments will be available for the “Online” booking, because the last update was less than 24 hours ago. And only tomorrow the next 7 days will be transferred into the “On request” type.
