What if the owner informs me that the apartment I already paid for is now unavailable, but he has an alternative?
Force majeure situations sometimes happen to everyone. In this case, the owner always tries to offer you a similar or better accommodation option to compensate for the inconvenience.
We recommend accepting the alternatives from the owner.
If none of the alternatives suits you, contact Dobovo support team, where the managers will do everything to resolve this issue.
We also recommend you do not cancel your reservation yourself. If the cancellation is made by you then, according to the Cancellation Policy which the owner has established, you can not get a prepayment back.
