Balance incorrect, payment sending
If there’s an incorrect amount of money in the balance (for the completed orders where guests have checked out), notify the managers about if by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the booking ID and exact changes that need to be made ( the guests prolonged their stay, checked out earlier, received a discount). All these factors influence the balance.
To sent a second request for money transfer, write an e-mail to email@example.com. Written request to our mailbox will make the money transfer to your account faster.
If you will not confirm the payment within 7 days after it was sent, it will happen automatically (without possibility to change it)
