How to view reviews about the guests?

The owners have the opportunity to view the reviews about the guest that other owners have left on Dobovo.
You can view the reviews not only for already confirmed orders but also for booking requests.

To do this open the details of the guest’s request by clicking on the booking number in the Orders section.

Click on the Member public profile button in the Customer Details block. A customer profile with all the feedback from the owners where the guest has stayed will be opened in the new tab.
