In order to view all cancelled by you or by a guest orders, you need to go to the Owner’s control panel and select the Orders section. Select Cancelled order status in [Any status] field, and click on the Search button:
After that, all cancelled orders for the entire period of cooperation with Dobovo will be available to you:
If necessary, you can filter all cancelled orders for a specific apartment. To do this, select the desired apartment in the [Any apartment] field.
You can also sort orders by Check-In/Check-Out date (the Order Made field) or a specific time period (two fields with dates for selecting dates).
