Accommodation available for instant booking is displayed on top of the search results for customers.
Work in the instant booking mode implies the permanent actuality of the availability calendar and we strongly recommend not to cancel orders, regardless of whether the prepayment is made by the client.
The cancellation of the order by the owner, regardless of the status of the order, negatively affects the client's experience when using the service.

Access to the "Instant booking" function can be limited in case of cancellation of the order by the owner since the ability to offer accommodation in this mode implies a higher level of responsibility.
The time limit for accessing instant reservations depends on the statistics for orders for the last 90 days and can range from 7 to 30 days.
Until the end of this period, you will not be able to transfer your apartments to the online (Instant) mode. This can negatively affect the rating of your apartments on the search page, and accordingly on the number of orders.

Penalties do not apply to orders confirmed without prepayment.

It should also be remembered that if you cancel a reservation confirmed by a prepayment, the guest will be compensated in the amount of half the cost of the day, which will be deducted from the following balances for orders of your apartments.
