Why did not the expected payment come?

The payment will be send if the following conditions are met:
1. The invited user resided in the accommodation booked on the site.
2. Departure by order of the invited friend has already taken place.
3. You have set the pay-out method to receive funds.
If these conditions are met, but the payment is still not received, write us a request to reservation@dobovo.com
