If owner cancels your booking due to some circumstances Dobovo.com issue you a Compensation Voucher* (50% of the rate for the first night stay) because of moral disappointment and your time. You can use this voucher* in any future bookings on our website.

In order to use your Compensation 
Voucher*, please make a request for an apartment on the website and contact our customer support by email with providing your Compensation Voucher* number and new order ID which you would like to use it in.
