Guest booking without prepayment

The guests don't always have a chance to make a prepayment (deposit) to guarantee their check-in. In such situations DOBOVO managers are ready to confirm their booking without it. It's processed only after the phone confirmation from the owner ( we will call you). In such case the guests are warned that the owner can cancel their unapproved booking, or present them with an alternative option of stay. If the guests don't show up, in the booking managing section a “NO SHOW” order modification is required.

After the booking confirmation the guests and the owner receive each other's contact information and the guest pays the owner the rest of the stay price amount. Dobovo Booking Center commission will be deducted from the future prepayments for the future bookings.

The most important thing is to understand, that this type of stay isn't guaranteed and the possibility of the guests not showing up for check-n is getting higher.
