Right after the guest makes a prepayment, confirming his/her booking, on your Control Panel and e-mail box contact information of the client appears. We recommend contacting the guest beforehand and talk through all check-in details. You can also offer your guest a transfer from the airport/train station and other services. Dobovo Booking Center doesn't take responsibility for the incorrect contact information filled in by the client. Considering we're requiring a prepayment in amount of one night stay price, if the guest doesn't show up the prepayment will be transferred to your account as a compensation for the canceled order.
