How to update the availability calendar correctly?


All apartments of the owners who picked “Instant” mode of booking, but haven't updated the calendar more than 24 hours are changed to “On request” mode for 7 days. If the calendar wasn't updated for 48 hours - “on request” mode for 14 days, 72 hours – 21 days, etc.

To keep your apartments at the top of the site, regularly update the availability calendar. Enter the owners control panel - – choose “Prices and availability” and fill the calendar with all orders so that the availability calendar on would correspond to your calendar, select all apartments that work on “Instant” mode of sales and press above (over the calendar) “My calendar is up to date” button. After that, on your availability calendar page an information that it has been updated today will appear, which will raise the level of trust to your apartments from potential clients.

This functional was created to prevent possible clashes of the bookings, in case you forgot to fill in your calendar with new orders. That way to always keep your apartment on “Instant” mode you need to update your calendar daily at any time.
