Dobovo gives you an opportunity to get reporting documents for the amount which you paid as prepayment. They are provided strictly after the guest leaves the apartment.
To request reporting documents, you must indicate the information about it in the Add comment or special notes block upon booking.
If you want to receive accounting documents for the amount that you will pay directly to the owner, say this information to the Dobovo manager in advance, before making a prepayment (payment methods you can see here (https://support.dobovo.com/hc/en-us/articles/200269126-Which-payment-systems-can-I-use-). We recommend to clarify information about the provision of documents in advance, as not all owners provide this service.
It is possible to book accommodation options only for guests (individuals), with further receipt of a receipt for payment. If you pay by an individual card, with the help of a payment terminal, by payment through the cashier's bank, etc. - we can provide documents only for your name. The company does not provide accounting documents to legal entities.
